Thanks for visiting my campaign website.  let me tell you a little about myself.

Personal Life-

I was born on March 4th, 1964 at Parkview Memorial Hospital to Charles and Rose Knuth  My father was born and raised in Fort Wayne, my mother was from Lafayette, IN.

I am the youngest of 6 children (my parents had one daughter and followed that with 5 boys). 

My father was a carpenter and worked for Broadview Lumber where he was Mill Foreman.  As you can imagine, with that many kids around the house, my mom didn't need another full time job- she was a stay at home mom!

Some folks say that I speak with a loud voice.  I attribute that to the fact that when you are the youngest of six, you need to speak up to be heard!

I attended Queen of Angels Catholic School through the sixth grade, then switched to Franklin Junior High.  I graduated from North Side High School in 1982.

After a brief stint in college, I began a series of jobs in the printing industry and sales.

Along the way, I became a father to two sons (ages 21 and 17).  My oldest attends Purdue University in Lafayette and my youngest is a Junior at North Side High School. 

In 1999 I married my wife Sharon and my family grew to include stepsons (27 and 29) and 3 step-grandchildren.

Political Life-

This is not my first run for political office.  In fact, I ran for County Council At-Large in 2000. 

I also served as the Chairman of the Allen County Democratic Party from 2004-2008.
